Yes. Our doctors may prescribe birth control pills following a consultation. Suitability depends on your medical history, risk factors, and current health condition. A proper assessment is required before any prescription is given.
What should I do if I have severe symptoms?
If you experience symptoms such as heavy bleeding, severe pelvic pain, fever, or flank pain, we will advise you to seek in-person medical care. Teleconsultation may not be suitable for these conditions.
Are my consultations confidential?
Yes. We conduct all consultations securely and in compliance with PDPA regulations. Your personal and medical information is handled with strict confidentiality at all times.
Can teleconsultation treat vaginal infections or UTIs?
Yes. We can assess and treat uncomplicated cases through teleconsultation. However, recurrent infections or severe symptoms may require further investigation or in-person review.
Will I receive medication after consultation?
