(“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a telehealth platform providing online healthcare services through our website (telegomed.com) and any mobile or web applications we may publish (collectively, the “Platform”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, transfer, and protect your personal data in connection with our teleconsultation and medication delivery services. We handle personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and applicable healthcare regulations.
This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Platform and our services. It does not apply to third-party websites or applications.

- Identity and Contact Information: Name, date of birth, identification number (e.g. NRIC/FIN), nationality, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Health and Medical Information: Medical history, symptoms, diagnoses, consultation records, laboratory results, photographs or videos provided for diagnosis, and prescription or medication details.
- Account and Service Information: Account credentials, preferences, appointment details, orders, and service history.
- Billing and Payment Information: Payment transaction records, invoices, and receipts. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. PlatoPay), and we do not store full card or bank details.
- Device and Platform Information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and logs from video consultation systems.
- Communications: Messages, enquiries, feedback, and other communications with us (including via messaging platforms).
1.2 Where you choose to authenticate using Singpass MyInfo, we may retrieve verified data directly from government sources, including but not limited to date of birth, email address, marital status, mobile number, nationality/citizenship, NRIC/FIN, registered address and sex. The specific data retrieved depends on your consent and the information available in MyInfo.
1.3 We may also receive personal data from third parties where necessary to provide our services, including healthcare partners (such as laboratories, pharmacies, and delivery providers), or from integrations you choose to use.
1.4 If you provide personal data of another individual (e.g. a dependent or emergency contact), you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the individual has been informed of this Privacy Policy.
1.5 We collect this information when you book appointments, complete forms, use the Platform, communicate with us, or interact with us through third-party platforms (such as social media).
2. How We Use Your Personal Data
2.1 We may use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Care and Services: To provide teleconsultation and remote medical care, including account registration, appointment scheduling, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, issuance of prescriptions, and arrangement of medication delivery
- Transactions and Accounts: To process payments, billing, invoices, and maintain your account, orders, and service history
- Communications: To communicate with you regarding appointments, treatment, follow-ups, service updates, and administrative matters. We may also send marketing communications where you have provided consent
- Platform Operations and Improvement: To operate, maintain, and improve our Platform and services, including customer support, troubleshooting, analytics, and service quality monitoring
- Safety and Security: To verify your identity, ensure platform security, prevent fraud, detect misuse, and manage risks
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, professional guidelines, and lawful requests from authorities
- Identity Verification (Singpass MyInfo): To verify your identity and pre-fill required information using Singpass MyInfo, where applicable

These measures may include encryption (in transit and at rest where appropriate), secure storage, access controls, system monitoring and logging, network and application security, and staff training.
7.2 We also take reasonable steps to ensure that third-party service providers handling personal data on our behalf implement appropriate security measures and are subject to confidentiality obligations.
7.3 While we take reasonable precautions to safeguard personal data, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7.4 Where personal data is retrieved from Singpass MyInfo, certain fields may be non-editable in order to preserve data integrity, except where updates are permitted in accordance with applicable guidelines.

8.1 We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.
8.2 Medical records may be retained in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines and applicable healthcare regulations.
8.3 Where personal data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to securely delete, anonymise, or aggregate such data.

9.1 Subject to applicable law and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (including any applicable exceptions), you may:
